Why dress nice?

     When you look good, people notice. If you meet someone in sweatpants, they will just assume you were too lazy to get dressed up. I know I notice nice looking people!  But if you meet someone in a cute outfit that expresses who you are, they will notice the effort you put into making yourself presentable.
It will give you confidence. I know that nothing feels better than walking down the street in an outfit that makes you feel awesome. A cute outfit might be just the confidence boost you need to take on the day. And when you feel awesome in an outfit, a sidewalk feels more like a catwalk.
Going along with a confidence boost, nothing gives you that satisfactory feeling like being complimented on your outfit. I love it. As soon as I get a compliment on my outfit, it’s like nothing can ruin my good mood for the rest of the day. And you probably won’t get any compliments on your outfit if you are wearing sweatpants.
Why should you save dressing up for special occasions? You deserve to look great every day of the year. Don’t save all of your favorite outfits for a few occasions. you should treat every day like a special occasion and break out your favorite outfit every day! 
Overall dressing better will do great things for you!

Better life

I've been thinking and researching easy new ways for a better life in 100 days. I hope you enjoy. 

Choose a book that requires effort and concentration and read a little of it every day, so that you read it from cover to cover in 100 days.

9. Make it a point to learn at least one new thing each day: the name of a flower that grows in your garden, the capital of a far-off country, or the name of a piece of classical music you hear playing in your favorite clothing boutique as you shop. If it’s time for bed and you can’t identify anything you’ve learned that day, take out your dictionary and learn a new word.

10. Stop complaining for the next 100 days. A couple of years back, Will Bowen gave a purple rubber bracelet to each person in his congregation to remind them to stop complaining. “Negative talk produces negative thoughts; negative thoughts produce negative results”, says Bowen. For the next 100 days, whenever you catch yourself complaining about anything, stop yourself.

11. Set your alarm a minute earlier every day for the next 100 days. Then make sure that you get out of bed as soon as your alarm rings, open the windows to let in some sunlight, and do some light stretching. In 100 days you’ll be waking up an hour and forty minutes earlier than you’re waking up now.

12. For the next 100 days, keep Morning Pages, which is a tool suggested by Julia Cameron. Morning Pages are simply three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning.

13. For the next 100 days make it a point to feed your mind with the thoughts, words, and images that are most consistent with who you want to be, what you want to have, and what you want to achieve.

These are all really simple but can change your life

New fun ways to love yourself!

     I have recently been brainstorming on ways people can love themselves more.
  I will give you some examples. One way that makes me feel happy is to go and pay for someone else's drink at a coffee place. Start a journal. Starting a journal is a fun way to remember all of the good things in your life and to get all of your anger feelings out on paper so you don't take it out on someone else. Buy a bath bomb. If you don't know what about bomb as it is a fizzy substance that you put in your bath that makes it your favorite color and sparkly. A bath bomb will make you feel so much happier. Go buy yourself some new hair product. Buying yourself to hair product makes you feel so much better I know this for a fact. Call me old friend just to say hi. Hold the door open for a stranger. Invite someone to lunch. Bring cookies to the school. Let someone cut in traffic during rush hour. Leave a waitress or waiter a big tip. Donate to the clothing charity. Wave to a child in the car next to you. Send a thank you note to your doctor. Leave a joke on someone and answering machine. Tell someone you believe in them. Share your umbrella. Write a poem for someone. Make a homemade gift. Let someone else be the last slice of cake or pizza. Send in a copy of a photograph of you and your friend to your friend that you haven't talked to in a while.  Ask someone if they have lost weight. Buy yourself a new make up. 
      I just wanted to put this out there for anyone who has been feeling down I thought this blog post would make a difference. These are all fun ways and easy ways to make your day a little bit better. Because my goal is to make you, a better you.

eye make up!

This is a simple way to put on a nice natural looking eye shadow. Eye shadow is something that could make your eyes look great and pop with color. This is an easy way to give yourself some self-confidence. This is a step-by-step pictures showing how easy it can be to get your eye to shine. You can use your eye shadow and do the same thing as the picture. Wearing make up can make your day so much better. It will make you want to stand up straighter and look people in the eye. Why wear make up?

     Girls are beautiful with or without make up. A lot of people wonder why even wear make up. One of the top reasons as to enhance natural beauty and be more physically alluring. For example if a woman has pretty eyes she may use eyeliner to make them stand out. She also will probably apply mascara to her eyelashes to make them appear longer and fuller enhancing the natural beauty of her eyes. Some woman even wear make up just because it's fun to look a little different for time.
      I personally like to wear make up for confidence. This along the same line as putting your best foot forward. The first thing a person usually notice is a woman's face. If it has been enhanced with skillfully applied make up, I woman often feels ready for the world and company and proceeding through the day. This does not mean that she couldn't be confident without make up. It is just a self confidence booster.  I think everyone should get to wear make up and have fun every once in a while.
     Sometimes I wear make up to cover something up. For example if I don't get enough sleep I might have dark circles under my eyes. Do these will probably disappear once I catch up on sleep but I can apply make up to hide them. You can also serve to brighten the face and camouflage pimples or visible pores. Uneven skin tone and scars are also something I cover up with make up. In my next blog I will show some easy I make up tutorials.
      I wanted to post this blog so people know that make up is not just for people who are trying to hide what they actually look like. Make up is a lot more than that. Make up is something that should  not be judged. I have over heard boys make fun of girls for wearing make up, but we all know boys are just judgmental. I know every girl wants to be complemented so make sure you never put them down for wearing make up.   

leg workouts

After hearing about good reasons why you should work out I have just found some great new workouts for you. They are here on a picture below. It's a simple easy way to start or end your day. I know this will make you feel better and want to strut your stuff. These are leg workouts. Leg workouts will make your legs more tone and you feel like you can wear more leg showing clothes. This way you will have fun dressing up in a dress and showing off your new toned up legs. I personally love doing leg workouts because I get so many compliments on how tone my legs are. It's such a great feeling to see how many people notice your toned body. Working out can be fun for anyone although it is a struggle for people it will make you feel so good afterwards.


     My next couple of blogs will be about workout. Workouts are a great way for you to start loving your body. I am going to give you 10 reasons to work out. 

     Reason number one, swimsuit season. Just think of the first time you take off your shirt and your in your bikini for this summer. It will feel so great knowing that everyone is looking at you for a good reason. You will pull your shoulders back and stand tall knowing that you look good. Seriously imagine this don't just read it and Move On picture yourself being the one people envy 
   Reason number two somebody but will expect you to quit. If you tell someone you're starting to work out pro reason number to somebody but will expect you to quit. If you tell someone you're starting to work out program they will roll their eyes. Create a list of names of these people.  Write them down and look at these names before deciding to miss a workout
     Reason number three. Think about all the friends that think they're better than you. Some of us were not born naturally fit and some of us were born puny. Don't hate yourself for the way you were born. Don't you hate the fact that everyone else is more fit than you. How will they feel when they realize that you are stronger more defined and more in shape than that I think about that before you skip a workout. 
     Reason number four being strong and being strong is one of the best reasons to work out and that's all I have to say for that one.

     Reason number five feeling good about yourself. We all know that you don't look much different after one week of working out. Isn't it weird though that you suddenly find yourself flexing in the mirror a lot more often. You walk around just feeling better you feel like you look better even if you haven't changed at all. It's a self confidence builder. 
     Reason number six it will feel great when you run into someone you were trying to impress. It will be so fun for them to see how in shape you are. 
     Reason number seven is to succeed in life. I know that sounds weird but honestly better looking people have a chance of getting the best jobs and being respected. This sounds weird but it is true. Lazy looking people are not going to be picked for a job. 
     reason number eight having the dream life. Everybody wants to be rich smart good looking buff tan and happy. Obviously working out won't get you all of those things but it will help you have more energy and feel good about your self.
     Reason number nine is simply going to the gym is fun. You meet new friends that have the same interests as you. 
      Lastly reason number ten is for the opposite sex. This is one of the most common reasons people work out. To look good for the opposite sex.
